Featuring a combination of a deep, punchy subwoofer and a slim vertical array of full-range drivers, the EVOX systems provide wide horizontal coverage and focused vertical dispersion—ideal for live performances, DJs, corporate events, and mobile setups. With options like the ultra-portable EVOX J8, integrated mixer features in the JMix8 and the more robust EVOX 12. The EVOX series offers flexibility, clarity, and reliability for performers who demand high-quality sound on the go
RCF's Class-D power amplifier technology packs huge performance operating with high efficiency into a lightweight solution. D-Line amplifiers deliver ultra-fast attack, realistic transient response and impressive audio performance. The amplifier features a solid mechanical aluminium structure which not only stabilises the amplifier during transportation but also helps the fan-less heat dissipation. The EVOX J amplifiers present SMPS power supply section in order to produce maximum output and minimum transportation weight.
HIGH FREQUENCIES - The ultra-compact full-range 2” RCF drivers are capable of handling high SPL and power with a stunning sound performance.
LOW FREQUENCIES - The high excursion RCF woofer extends to the lowest frequencies offering quick and precise punch. The bass-reflex port design avoids air turbulence reducing distortions. The EVOX design features constant directivity coverage of 120°x30°(HxV), providing a perfect coverage pattern. The vertical array is progressively shaped to guarantee consistent sound coverage from the first row to the last.
PORTABILITY
In addition to the handle on top of the woofer’s cabinet, transportation is made easy thanks to the trolley, that is fully integrated into the optional cover of the speaker. During transportation, the metal pole is safely attached to the trolley with the cover’s handles.
MOUNTING
Screw the pole into the pole mount on top of the subwoofer. Insert the top column, connect the SpeakOn and it’s done! An adjustable fastener allows the pole’s length to be adapted.
PLAY!
Carrying and mounting your audio system has never been so quick.
PORTABILITY
With 3 simple steps, the EVOX 12 system is all set and ready to play! EVOX 12 system is designed to be easily transported and quickly set up. All the components – top column, sub, pole and cables –come in one package and fit in the optional transportation covers.
MOUNTING
The top column will be inserted on the pole mount, which can be easily screwed on the Sub top side and the pole mount can be separated in two single parts in order to place it on the transportation bag.
PLAY!
Carrying and mounting your audio system has never been so quick.
The mixer section features a high quality professional preamplifier with remote digital gain control, selectable high pass filter, pan control and polarity reversal switch. Phantom power for condenser/electret microphones (+48V) available for channel 1 and 2. Each input channel is provided with a three band EQ: ±12dB gain shelving equaliser for lows and highs and a semiparametric EQ from 50Hz to 12kHz and ±12dB gain for the mid band. The EQ can be switched OFF with the touch of a button. Each channel can send audio to the FX chain and to the AUXiliary output for monitoring or other creative uses.
NXL series consists of full-range column line array speakers ideal for high-powered portable and installed professional applications where size is a critical factor. The sleek column design and flexible rigging options make it a smart choice for a wide range of sound applications. The rugged, high-quality Baltic birch plywood cabinet is easy to carry, with ergonomic handles on each side. It can be used alone, on a pole, or paired with a sub, vertically coupled for improved vertical coverage, and can also be flown or truss-mounted using the included rigging points and special accessories. From the cabinet to the final texture and the rugged protective grille, NXL Series offers maximum strength for intensive use on the road and can be used for fixed installation.
The most powerful amplifier in its class. RCF's improvements in transducer design make them stronger and more powerful. With 2,100W of power, the NXL MK2 2-channel Class-D amplifier is 50% more powerful than previous models. NXL manages extreme sound pressure levels with an ultra-fast attack, realistic transient response, and very low power loss. NXL modules are energy-efficient so there's no need for a cooling fan - the amplifier is attached to a solid aluminum heat exchanger in the rear of the cabinet - with no moving parts. The input circuit features a new low distortion design with an advanced safety limiter, maintaining the true character of the input signal at all levels. All NXL amplifiers are designed according to EN62368-1 for maximum safety and house a Switch Mode Power Supply section with minimum weight.
The vertically advanced horn design accurately projects the sound energy and avoids unwanted reflections when placed on a sub or a speaker stand, without tilting the enclosure. This design also allows configuring two cascading NXL columns for optimal coverage. Intelligibility is significantly increased in challenging acoustic environments. The speaker delivers an extended low-frequency range that is increased when paired with a subwoofer for medium-sized concerts and DJ sets.
Lightweight and powerful, RCF drivers are a reference in high performance. All transducers are designed by RCF engineers in Italy for maximum reliability and perfectly matched components. The extended clarity of the 3" compression driver features a neodymium magnet for improved current handling and reduced weight. The best-in-class titanium dome and the Polyimide/Kapton voice coil handle extreme power levels with very low distortion. Three, high-power 10" low-frequency woofers with a new advanced transducer design gain more stability over higher currents, with less distortion, fast transient response, and better heat dissipation.
Based on RCF precision transducers and wooden cabinets, the NX Column Series is the RCF’s most flexible active speaker system when the need for deploying high-power and pristine sound for live events is required. With its streamlined design and small footprint, the NX Column Series provides a powerful sound system when the space for speakers is limited
Designed as the ideal sound system for the day-to-day live event, the NXL Series packs a variety of features for professional users. With the best size to power ratio in its class, advanced DSP, and equipped with multiple rigging points, the NXL Series is a solid and reliable choice. RCF products represent the 75-year commitment to excellence in manufacturing, precise and careful assembly, and extensive quality control procedures
The vertically asymmetrical waveguide’s design delivers accurate sound to the coverage area without tilting the enclosure.
The woofers’ vertical configuration takes inspiration from line array technology for hemicylindrical coverage.
It’s easy to set up, and the flyware accessories allow multiple speaker configurations in line for extended coverage both flying or stacking. The sturdy, ergonomic cabinets are easy to move with several handle positions
RCF speakers are designed using a proprietary and advanced digital FiR technology, conceived to deliver transparent sound, absolute clarity and perfect imaging to the listener. The special FiRPHASE filters allow for coherent distribution of sound for all listeners without phase distortions, ensuring minimum latencies in the system.
The design of the FIR filter for this specific purpose starts from an accurate measurement of the loudspeaker phase.
FiRPHASE algorithm uses this measurement and adapts the loudspeaker’s phase without touching the amplitude equalization. The heart of the advanced technique used by FiRPHASE is a recursive method (least-squares method) combined with a proprietary algorithm that calculates the best FIR filter coefficients set in according to amplitude and phase constraints. The algorithm corrects phase and amplitude (if necessary) by taking into account the weak points of the transducers and the resonances or cancellations due to the cabinet of the loudspeaker. This technique allows a deep control of phase at the mid-low frequency with relatively small filters, reaching a higher resolution than that one as theory suggests.
